P is for ...

PALM TREE - Do you see the man climbing the PALM TREE?  He is going to cut down the coconuts.
PEEK-A-BOO - Gramma is playing PEEK-A-BOO with you. 
PEBBLES - These are PEBBLES on the beach at the Pacific OCEAN.
This is a baby PINEAPPLE that is growing at the Rancho.  Very yummy!
This animal is a PIZOTE (pihz-oh-tay).  It's like a big rodent the size of a raccoon. 
These are the ever present POT HOLES that are in the road to Pavones.  It makes for some fun bike riding!!

O is for ....

 OTTO - This is OTTO.  OTTO and Gramma work at the Rancho. 
OCEAN - This OCEAN (bigger than Lake Michigan) is in front of the Rancho where Gramma & Otto live.

NIGHT - The dark time of day when the sun is not visible.
NECKLACE - Where is Gramma's necklace?

M is for ...

 MONKEY - This white-faced- monkey is looking at you.
 MONKEY - This is a 'white-faced- monkey eating fruit.
 MACAW - This is a colorful parrot.
 MASSAGE - Gramma is giving a massage to a guest at the Rancho.
 MATTRESS - The mattress is being put on the horse so the horse can carry it for the man.
MONKEY - This monkey is sitting in the tree.

L is for ...

 LIZZARD - This LIZZARD is resting on the ground.
LANDROVER - This is one of Gramma's favorite cars.
LINE-UP -  A line-up is a row of people waiting to surf.

K is for ...

 KITCHEN -  Gramma and Xinia are in the KITCHEN at the Rancho.
 KISS - Otto is making a KISS.
KISS - Otto is blowing Gramma a kiss.

 JUNGLE:  The JUNGLE at the Rancho is part of the rain forest.
JUNGLE:  One of the cabinas at the Rancho is in the JUNGLE.

I is for ...

 INSTRUCTIONS:  Otto is giving surfing INSTRUCTIONS  to 2 people from Holland.
 IGUANA:   This is an IGUANA on the beach in front of the Rancho.
INSTRUCTOR:  Otto is the INSTRUCTOR (teacher) for these ladies so they can know about surf boards.

 HAMMOCK - A hammock is like an outdoor bed that's hung between trees.
 HEART - Gramma found all these heart on the beach in Costa Rica.

 GRAMMA - !!!!!! Gramma loves you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 GATE - A gate is a doorway for a fence. 
 GATE - This gate is at the Rancho and is made out of metal.
 GRAMMA - Gramma is smiling.  Gramma loves her grandkids!
GOLFITO - This is a town in Costa Rica that has a small airport for Gramma to fly to Traverse City.

F is for ...

 FRIENDS - This is Reinaldo and Otto ... they have been friends for over 30 years! 
FLOWER - This is a sunflower!  Gramma saw it in Panama last year.

E is for ...

EAR - This is Otto's left ear ... how many ears do you have?

C is for .......

 COWS - These COWS are running down the beach in front of the Rancho.
 CAVE - A CAVE makes a nice place to hide.
 CLOUDS - There are big CLOUDS near the Rancho where Gramma is living.
 These CLOUDS are flat.
 COCONUT - Gramma thinks this is a funny sign.
 This man is cutting down the ripe COCONUTS from the Palm tree.
COWBOY - The COWBOY is following the cows.
